As a seasoned Hotelier and Realtor I have experienced first-hand on numerous occasions the complexities of relocation with family, pets, and personal belongings. I have also provided support and empathy when it was time for co-workers to make their move across the state, the country, and just as frequently, overseas.
The often hastened time frames, emotional considerations of what we leave behind as well as the heightened enthusiasm paired with uncertainties of settling into our new community; each must be taken into account when providing trusted guidance on such important and personal matters.
I meet many trades people each week which I would be happy to pass along to you if you or your associates ever need help with electrical work, plumbing services, home inspections, pet relocation, storage and rental options.

The intracacies of our ever changing finacial and legal guidelines seem at times to be insurmountable, and I believe that it is best to defer to the true experts when discussing these aspects of a real estate transaction. I believe with all of my heart that a real estate agent should never portray themselves as a one stop information source, it is far better to work with a team of referred specialists including an accountant, title and escrow company, mortgage advisor, home inspectors, and lawyer as deemed necessary based upon your individual situation. As with your Realtor, you want masters of their trade.

We offer experienced property management services that allow you to rest assured with the knowledge that your piece of paradise will be maintained properly.  Screening and coordinating preferrred business partners than inspecting their work is a key to comfort for the off site owner, as is the knowledge that a true professional is welcoming guests at arrival and wishing them a fond farewell.
